Standing Tall

This weekend my girlfriends and I took a trip up north to Haliburton, Ontario to visit our old summer camp. We arrived to town and saw there was a fabulous fair going on it the park and decided to stop in. For the most part a lot of the merchants were selling wood bowls and jewelry but this particular booth wowed me in a serious way. Andrea Ripley designs and creates gorgeous glass pieces of art. My favorites were definitely the dessert presentation pieces. Check them out, how beautiful would these be on a cheese and wine table?

Wow I love these!!

A Little Touch of Feminine

Since I moved in with my man I have been dying to get some feminine decor pieces into the house. Right now most of what we have is very gender neutral. It doesn’t hurt to throw in a few ruffles and bows, I'm sure he won't mind ; )

Here are a few pieces for inspiration:

Serving Up Some Cottage

I am always on the hunt for rustic "cottagy" pieces for that day I buy a beautiful summer home in Muskoka.
Pottery Barn usually has great furniture and decor for this setting. The new "founders" line is right up my alley and would make any rustic home look fab! Here are a few pieces that I am in love with and cannot wait to use in my future summer home.
